I have been married for 30 years to a wonderful woman, Lisa Mae Groger-Portillo, whom I met in 1978; we married in 9/9/79. Graduated from chiropractic school, July 1, 1977;
obtained my chiropractic license to practice in California, June 16, 1978. Worked as an associate doctor for Dr. Luvern Anderson, in Watsonvile, Ca., from June '78 until January '80; opened my own practice on Aug. 1980, in San Francisco; opened another office in Burlingame, in January 1993. Practiced in California until we moved July '98, as a family, to San Salvador, El Salvador. We have been living in El Salvador for twelve years.
