I went to Pacific Unversity in Forest Grove, Oregon
in 1970. Unfortunely I could not stay because or medical problems. I went back home in Los Altos,Ca. and 2 years later went to De Anza Jr. College for three years and graduated with an AA degree. From there I went to San Jose City College
til 1980. Then I moved to Columbia,Ca. and went to Columbia Jr. College for a few years.
I then worked with developmently disabled adults and have been for the last 24 years. I did get married in 1987,but unfortunely she died nine years later.
I have been on Area Board 6 since 1988. It is an organization that watches out for developmently disabled rights. Also, I have been a representive to People First of California from 1998-2004. I was the President from 2000-2004. I also have been on the State Council on Developmently Disabled Adults.
I am still on the Area Board 6 and at the moment I am the Chair. Also, I have been on the Self- Advocacy Council VI since 1992 on and off when my term ends. I am still on it as a represintive from the Area Board 6. I have been on this close to 20 years.

I remember going up to Canada to a singing group
made up of different choirs from different places singing with each other. I met the Queen of England there, she was much youger then.
