How sad to learn about Lance; also go back to Green Gables. He was always quiet but made a point of stopping by to say hello if he saw me in front of my parents home. Lance wil always be in our hearts & memories.
Another Green Gable alumni here. I haven't seen Lance since high school but during our school days I remember him as being an easy guy to get along with. Sorry to hear of his passing he was one of the good guys.

So sorry to hear that Lance has passed!! I remember Neal Johnston and I both used to call him"The Major Lance Hackley"!!!
I couldn't tell you to this day why or where it came from, but I do remember, we both liked him!!!
