I didn't know Ron well at Paly but enjoyed reconnecting with him on the reunion committee. He was a real gentleman.  We miss him.

Wonderful picture from Ken Stalder!  Hope everyone found Ron in the front row--clearly a genetleman from his earliest days!  I was in the other 2nd grade class, with Miss Shannon, yet recognized many of those young faces.   Ron was a thoughtful, caring member of the Class of '70 (and the reunion committee), who will be missed.

It saddens me to hear of the passing of my friend.  He always showed me respect.  I'm glad he didn't have to suffer a long illness.

I was surprised and saddened when I heard of Ron's passing.  Ron and I were great friends as pre-schoolers growing up on Iris Way.  He had a huge orange tree in his backyard and we made great use of it!  There was also a garden shed in his backyard, and eventually we dared each other, and a few other kids, to climb up there and jump off...I believe there were capes involved.  I think we got in big trouble for that!  Ron's family moved to a different neighborhood as we started school and the friendship eventually faded, unfortunately.  But I did run into him at the last reunion I attended and we had a great, fun conversation.  He was the same nice guy I knew all those years ago.  Thank you Ron for the good you gave to the world.
